Developers build the system, and I act as the link between them and the business team.

About me
An Informatics Engineering graduate who enjoys working with data and business processes.
Who I am
My career began in ERP, as a functional consultant. I analysed what companies in banking, manufacturing and property needed, then matched it to the system.
I then moved into data science through a bootcamp at Hacktiv8, and took a Master of Computer Science at BINUS University with a focus on data science. I joined ATI Business Group in 2022 and now work in the Business Performance & Transformations team.

I lead requirement gathering and business analysis for system enhancements and digital transformation. I support operational transformation for travel and airline operations across regional platforms, including Maverick, Traveloka, Flight Centre Travel Group, Odyssey, Corporate Travel Management and GCC India, as well as invoicing modules for Asia and EMEA. I act as the link between operations and developers on AI initiatives, prepare BRDs and cost-benefit analyses, analyse FTE and SLA needs, and manage project timelines and UAT.
